Refund Policy

1. Fixed-Price Projects

For fixed-price projects, payments are structured in milestones:

• Initial Deposit (50%): Due at project kickoff to reserve resources and begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers project setup, research, and initial design work.
• Milestone Payments: Each milestone payment becomes non-refundable once the associated deliverables have been approved by you.
• Final Payment (50%): Due upon delivery and acceptance of the completed project.

2. Retainer Agreements

Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the month in which services are rendered. You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice. Any unused retainer hours will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Dissatisfaction & Dispute Resolution

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work:

• We will work with you to revise and improve the deliverables at no additional cost within the agreed scope
• If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may agree on a partial refund proportional to the incomplete or unsatisfactory work
• Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal dispute resolution

4. Scope Changes

If the scope of a project changes significantly after work has begun, we will discuss the impact on budget and timeline. Any additional costs will be mutually agreed upon before proceeding. This does not affect the refundability of previously approved milestones.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., company closure, force majeure) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and reasonable in all situations.
